1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent job experience
2. Ability to analyze and understand complex issues in Active Directory systems
3. Experience of Windows scripting and Automation via PowerShell
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
5. Proven ability to maintain good working relationships with stakeholders including senior leaders
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
