Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-paced and reputable fast food restaurant located in Surrey, BC. We're looking for a dedicated Team Member to support daily operations, lead staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:
• Supervise and train team members, assign shifts, and offer performance feedback.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure prompt, courteous service and address customer issues effectively.
• Food Quality & Safety:
• Maintain consistent food quality, enforce hygiene standards, and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Manage inventory, control expenses, and streamline work processes.
• Training & Development:
• Deliver thorough onboarding and encourage continuous learning.
• Administration:
• Prepare paperwork including production logs and quality reports.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Morning, day, and evening availability
• Monday to Friday and weekends
• Weekend availability is required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Inside Canada: At least 6 months of food & beverage experience
• Outside Canada: Minimum 3 years of food & beverage experience
• Minimum CLB 6 in English
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Tech-savvy with food service tools and systems
