Data Analyst - Remote - 6 Month Contract - Scarborough (Technology Industry)

We're hiring a Data Analyst to support Help Desk Operations with centralized reporting, dashboarding, and modern data capabilities. You'll create dashboards, build performance KPIs, and work with AI and cloud experts to improve operational outcomes. This role is remote, with optional office access in Scarborough.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 2-4 years' experience in a data analyst role

• Proficient in Power BI, SQL, ETL, and Microsoft 365

• Strong communication and data visualization skills

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Help Desk/ITSM or contact center environments

• Experience with Python and AI/ML/NLP tools

• Understanding of data governance and quality
