We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for one of our clients near the Oshawa area.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the entire Maintenance Department, driving team performance, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring reliability across all equipment and systems

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems.
• Proven ability to manage third-party service providers and contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical trade certification (e.g., Millwright) is an asset.
• PMP designation is considered an advantage.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for safety and team output.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
