We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager for one of our clients near the Oshawa area.
This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the entire Maintenance Department, driving team performance, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring reliability across all equipment and systems
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS systems.
- Proven ability to manage third-party service providers and contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent project management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical trade certification (e.g., Millwright) is an asset.
- PMP designation is considered an advantage.
- Skilled in interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for safety and team output.
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
