What You'll Bring to the Practice:
A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a dental office administrative role is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Tracker dental software is a significant asset, and training will be provided to the right candidate.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients and team members.
Impeccable organizational skills and a genuine love for structure - think detailed lists, well-managed to-do's, and a meticulously maintained calendar!
A solid understanding of dental procedures and the ability to confidently discuss treatment plans and answer patient inquiries.
