Our established client in the Dorval area is seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Relations Representative to join their dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone residing near Dorval with 5 years of stable experience in the same company. Additionally, the role requires a perfect command of English, as the company also serves clients in the United States.

  • Receive and respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chats regarding orders, shipments, and quote requests, while promoting the company's products, services, and training.
  • Billing and reporting, as well as assistance with reception.
  • Manage live chats and ensure high-quality customer service in real time.
  • Provide detailed quotes and ensure rigorous follow-up on orders and quote requests.
  • Ensure precise order processing to guarantee an efficient and error-free process.
  • Collaborate closely with the shipping team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, offering consultative solutions and personalized service.
  • Enter customer information into ACCPAC and CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Make outbound calls to promote products, services, and training, as well as communicate promotions and carry out proactive upselling and cross-selling.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and courtesy at all times.
  • Actively participate in internal projects as needed.
  • Ensure customer data management, ensuring it is regularly updated and accurate in the CRM system.
  • Follow, understand, and apply all procedures related to your role while staying attentive to communications from your managers.
  • 5 years of stable experience in the same position within the same company, with a strong grasp of administrative tasks and customer relationship management.
  • Perfect command of English, both spoken and written, to ensure smooth communication with U.S. clients.
  • Residency in the Dorval area or its surroundings to ensure a local presence and understanding of the local clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build long-lasting, consultative relationships.
