Reporting into the Vice President of Franchising, the Franchising Manager's primary purpose is to manage all recruitment in their given geographical territory to support each individual Recipe brand.
What you will do in this role:
- Execute strategic recruitment plans to attract qualified franchise candidates
- Manage the full franchise recruitment cycle - from initial inquiry through to franchise agreement signing
- Build strong relationships with prospective franchisees, understanding their goals, motivations and alignment with our brands
- Host webinars, info sessions and other events to showcase franchise opportunities
- Work with legal, finance and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for incoming franchisees
- Maintain an active pipeline of leads and report regularly on recruitment KPIs
- Liaise with various internal contacts including Real Estate, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Construction Departments
- Attend Brand conferences, Trade Shows, Open House and Networking Events
- Responsibilities may be added, removed, or adjusted over time to meet the changing needs of the business
What we are looking for from you:
- Fluency in French is required
- Experience in franchise development, sales or recruitment (restaurant or multi-unit franchise experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills - ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Proven track record in lead generation, conversion and relationship management
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A self-starter with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally across Canada for events or meetings
- Valid Driver's license is required
- Familiarity with the Quebec market
