Your new company

You will be working for an established, real estate property management firm, based out of their Edmonton office. Due to growth they are now looking for an experienced administrative professional to join the team and help with the operational duties, coordinating the maintenance for a portfolio of residential buildings.

Your new role

You will support 3 Property Managers and be responsible for liaising with tenants & contractors, coordinating all the maintenance requests for the portfolio, move in/move out inspections and general office assistance. You will pride yourself on not only your organisation skills, but your ability to provide great customer service and multitask. This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and is looking to build a long term career in residential operations.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience as an administrative professional within residential property management or operations. My client is open to individuals with a strong coordination/maintenance/operations background outside of the industry too. You will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written & verbal and strong customer service skills.
