Role
Reporting to the Director of Major Accounts, the successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and developing sales cycles with condominium boards, real estate investors owning multi-unit buildings, and social housing establishments in the greater Quebec City area. The person in this role will also be expected to build and develop relationships with property management companies and various industry associations.
In this role, the territory covered by the representative will primarily include the Centre du Québec region. The representative will be part of a team based mainly in Montreal, but must be accessible and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Utilize business development skills to achieve and exceed sales targets (condominiums, multi-unit buildings, social housing, etc.);
- Work with subcontractors to build client estimates and ensure follow-up with partners during installations;
- Prospect and identify new opportunities to grow the client base in the short and medium term;
- Conduct presentations at condominium owner meetings and administrative meetings in the evening, as well as with organizations related to the industry (CORPIQ, RCGQ, etc.);
- Tailor and customize business proposals based on initial client meetings;
- Implement development and follow-up strategies with key clients, including property managers, real estate investors, and residential building managers.

Ideal Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in a high-performance sales environment (B2C/B2B) and new market development;
- Technical knowledge of water heaters is an asset;
- Motivated by sales and achieving results;
- Known for relationship-building skills and interpersonal abilities;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrates autonomy, creativity, and determination;
- Open to learning more about our other products;
- Available to travel within the greater Quebec City area;
- Regular use of Office suite (Word, Excel);
- Bilingual - spoken and written: Bilingualism is required for this position to effectively respond to client requests across Quebec, both in English and French, and provide quality service in both languages.
