Your new company

You will be joining a real estate company specializing in the management, leasing, construction, and development of retail and office spaces. They have been active in the Canadian real estate market for over 25 years, managing a portfolio of approximately 4 million square feet.

Your new role

Responsible for managing two retail strip plazas in Mississauga. Responsible for all aspects of managing, including establishing and maintaining professional relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, leasing department, accounting department, operations department, construction department, and establishing and maintaining the approved property budget and supervision of employees.

What you'll need to succeed

A minimum of three years' experience in commercial property management, with knowledge of on-site maintenance and vendor contracts. Key skills include proficiency in MS Office, strong management and leadership abilities, sound judgment, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, openness to change, strong administrative and organizational capabilities, a professional image, customer service orientation, excellent negotiating skills, and high stress tolerance. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are also required.
