What You'll Do:
- Build and Manage a Sales Pipeline: Build leads, manage pipeline and develop strong opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Engage with Clients : Consult with businesses to understand their needs and demonstrate how our VOIP solutions provide unparalleled value.
- Drive Results : Close new business, achieving or exceeding your monthly quota, and ensure clients are set up for success by collaborating with operations and technical teams on deployment to provide a seamless onboarding.
- Collaborate and Learn: Participate in product training and ongoing coaching to refine your skills and product knowledge.
- Track Performance: Utilize salesforce to manage your sales activities and maintain accurate records.
About you:
- Proven Sales Expertise: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales background, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience with RFP's and managing tight deadlines.
- Pipeline Management : Strong ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent tools to track and manage opportunities.
- Client-Centric Approach : A passion for providing outstanding customer service and delivering tailored solutions.
- Drive and Enthusiasm: A competitive spirit and love for the thrill of closing deals while building long-term relationships.

- Competitive Compensation: Base salary ranging from $65,000 - $100,000 depending on experience with on-target earnings $133,000- $180,000 per year.
