Your New Role

As an Accident Benefits Coordinator, you will work under the guidance of a Senior AB Clerk and alongside another coordinator. You will manage a file load of approximately 60 files. Your responsibilities will include completing OCF forms in accordance with the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS), preparing LAT applications and arbitration documents, arranging assessments and appointments for clients, and maintaining effective communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Accident Benefits
  • A comprehensive understanding of the accident benefits application process
  • Proficiency in completing OCF forms according to SABS
  • Experience with LAT applications and arbitration preparation
  • Ability to arrange assessments and appointments for clients
  • Strong client communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and healthcare providers
  • Experience with catastrophic related files is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail in all application forms and written correspondence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
