Role Breakdown
Working as an integral part of the Pre-Construction Team to design and contribute to the success of a wide array of high-end residential projects. Completing a diverse range of daily tasks to support successful projects, including:
- Initial design consultations as a part of our sales cycle, determining concepts & project budget.
- Full Design Specifications Packages; including Working Drawings, Millwork Packages, Details, RCP.
- Material selections with clients & suppliers.
- Management and procurement of finishes.
- Maintaining budgets for all selections.
- Coordinating materials/finish selections to sites.
- Overseeing templates, measures, and installation of custom details.
- Client communication.
Experience Required
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in residential design required, customer sales experience an asset.
- Technical Skills: AutoCAD and proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory with strong spreadsheet skills and an ability to build and maintain budgets as required. Proficiency in Revit an asset.
- Education: Accredited interior design program an asset.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong multitasking skills is mandatory.
- Growth-Oriented: Eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to achieving ambitious company goals. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Valid Driver's License: Required.
