With a network of over 130 dealerships across Canada, the head office provides essential services such as inventory management, marketing support, and technical assistance, ensuring dealers have the tools they need to deliver top-tier service.

The job:

You are the orchestrator of all things HR-part air traffic controller, part maestro, ensuring everything runs in perfect harmony while keeping records and policies in sync like a well-conducted symphony. From recruiting top talent to onboarding them seamlessly, you'll help shape the team's future. You'll also fine-tune HR systems, assist with payroll and benefits, and make sure everything stays on track, compliant, and running like a well-oiled machine. Qualifications:

• At least three years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Degree or diploma in HR or Business Administration (CHRP/CHRL designation is a plus)
• Experience with HR systems, especially Dayforce, is helpful
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently while collaborating with a team
