Job Title: Junior Project Manager/PCO

Location: Hybrid, downtown Toronto/WFH
Purpose of Job:
Manage day-to-day project activities of complex or interrelated projects within a program, following Technology's project performance standards.
Major Activities:
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close tactical projects, managing dependencies and incorporating project management standards.
- Ensure projects meet client standards, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct necessary risk assessments at appropriate times.
Work Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a PCO or junior Project Manager
- Exposure in assisting Applications or Infrastructure Projects
- Experience running reports using excel
- Experience with using tools like Jira/Confluence and ServiceNow
- IT Project Management: Plan, organize, monitor, and control IT projects.
- Decision Making: Use tools and techniques for effective problem-solving.
- Application Delivery: Deliver new or enhanced applications.

- Analyze and interpret project data to determine status and actions required.
- Ensure projects meet client standards and conduct risk assessments.

- Plan resource capacity and control project delivery to meet quality standards.
- Manage impact of change on project/program budget and resource allocation.
