What You'll Do in This Role:

• Deliver friendly, professional and responsive service to a loyal client base.
• Manage your own book of business, both new and renewals a like.
• Process all endorsements, issue certificates and follow-up with ease and efficiency.
• Ensure clients are always covered properly, proactively quoting and resolving issues.
• Hit retention targets by going above and beyond in every client interaction.
• Keep your workflow smooth and your desk organized.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A RIBO License with 2+ years of experience in personal lines at a traditional insurance brokerage.
• A client-first mindset and a natural talent for building trust and rapport.
• Professional communication style and ease speaking with others at all levels.
• Incredible attention to detail with strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with Power Broker and major insurance portals like Intact, Aviva, Eco, Gore Mutual, Pembridge.
• A self-starter attitude and team spirit that lifts everyone around you.
• Comfortable working with a non-digital environment.
