This position will be responsible for enhancing and managing the candidate experience (recruitment process) throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring seamless interaction across various touchpoints. The role will focus on developing strategies to improve satisfaction, engagement, and retention of candidates within the healthcare sector.
Duties:
- Develop and monitor candidate touchpoints from application to post-onboarding feedback.
- Analyze candidate feedback and implement improvements to optimize their experience.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure consistency in the process.
- Create a standardized approach and enablement on how Recruitment Specialist should engage in forecasting hiring needs and strategic workforce planning with designated portfolio.
- Enable Recruitment Specialists to offer consistent and proactive support to candidates at every stage of the recruitment process. This includes leveraging templates and resources to promptly answer queries and offer guidance on interview preparation or other steps in the hiring process.
- Conduct regular surveys to capture candidate satisfaction data at various stages of recruitment.
- Benchmark candidate experience against industry best practices and standards.
- Develop training sessions for recruitment staff on delivering exceptional candidate service.
- Partner with the marketing team to improve communications with candidates.
- Coach and mentor team members to handle sensitive or escalated candidate issues
- Identify trends in candidate complaints or bottlenecks in the process
- Pilot new programs and track their impact on the recruitment pipeline.
- Regularly review and update candidate-facing materials to ensure they are up to date
- Organize team-building sessions to foster collaboration and motivation.
- Partner with communications and branding teams to ensure the experience aligns with the organization's employer brand.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in HR management are preferred. Candidates who hold the CHRP certification or are in the process of obtaining it are preferred
- Demonstrated equivalencies may be considered
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate experience management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing candidate experience strategies and process optimization.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate feedback and recruitment metrics, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in developing communication strategies and templates for candidate interactions.
- Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement:
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify candidate pain points and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to establish feedback loops and utilize candidate insights for continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
- Ability to adapt to urgent and/or changing recruitment needs and technologies, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Salary Range: $43.22 - $54.02 per hour (Level 21)
Bi-Weekly Hours: 75 Hours Bi-Weekly / Mon - Fri
