You will contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance programs to meet production standards and customer requirements.

If the following describes you:

• High school diploma and/or college diploma in a technical discipline or equivalent;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control in manufacturing;
• 2 to 3 years of experience in personnel management;
• Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with quality certifications;
• Ensure that materials, processes, and finished products meet standards;
• Organize and participate in internal and external quality audits and monitor corrective actions;
• Monitor performance indicators to identify trends and initiate improvement plans;
• Prepare and present quality status reports to senior management;
• Collaborate with production managers to implement quality measures and deploy internal procedures and work instructions.
