The Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and entrepreneurial Full Stack Developer who's ready to grow with us. You'll work closely with the co-founders to build and iterate the MVP, develop both front-end and back-end features, and help shape the platform's architecture and user experience. As we grow, you'll have the opportunity to evolve into our Tech Lead and/or Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Tech Stack: To Be Decided

You'll play a key role in shaping technical direction and the needs of the MVP.

This includes selecting tools and frameworks for:

• Front-end
• Back-end
• Database
• Authentication
• Hosting/Deployment
• Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

• Work with founders on the MVP and choose the right stack
• Collaborate on product design, user flows, and infrastructure
• Build and deploy front-end and back-end features
• Set up databases, integrations, and platform infrastructure
• Contribute to team planning, product decisions, and scalability strategies
• Help document systems and prepare for team growth

What We're Looking For

• Excellent knowledge of Frontend / Backend tools
• Experience with UX/UI principles and design tools
• Experience building products from scratch
• Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, and excited to build from scratch
• Excellent communication and a self-starter mindset
• Located in Ontario or Quebec and open to frequent in-person work
• Must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident
• Must speak English

Compensation

• Monthly contractor pay (to be discussed)
• Equity grant with performance-based vesting
