SAP Solution Architect - S/4HANA (RTR, PTP, OTC)

Join a leading global consultancy driving complex S/4HANA transformations. We're seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead solution design and implementation across Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Order-to-Cash (OTC) domains.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the design of scalable, high-performance SAP S/4HANA solutions across RTR, PTP, and OTC.
• Integrate SAP modules and external systems into cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals and best practices.

Project Leadership

• Serve as solution lead on S/4HANA implementations, overseeing technical and functional teams.
• Manage scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide architectural direction and mentor project team members throughout the lifecycle.

Business Process Optimization

• Analyze current-state processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Configure and tailor SAP to optimize key business functions within RTR, PTP, and OTC.
• Align solutions with industry standards and business objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a liaison between IT and business units to translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Present solution designs, roadmaps, and technical plans to stakeholders and executives.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to SAP standards and governance frameworks.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay current on SAP innovations, including S/4HANA enhancements and emerging technologies.
• Recommend tools and approaches to enhance system performance and user experience.

Key Qualifications

Experience

• 12+ years in SAP solution design and delivery, including full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Deep domain knowledge of RTR, PTP, and OTC process areas.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA (FI, MM, SD, etc.) and cross-module integration.
• Experience with Fiori apps, CDS Views, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Working knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Certifications

• SAP S/4HANA certifications in relevant modules are highly preferred.
