About the Role:

We're looking for an AI Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, lives on the frontier of LLM innovation, and is excited to build entirely new product experiences from 0 to 1. Ideally, we prefer candidates who have experience in financial services or fintech domains.

We're pioneering the next generation of CRM tools by embedding cutting-edge generative AI capabilities directly into our core platform. If you're a generative AI enthusiast who naturally keeps up with emerging trends, from model fine-tuning to retrieval-augmented generation, and you're hungry to ship real and impactful use cases, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

  • Drive 0-1 innovation by researching, scoping, and validating novel AI capabilities within our CRM platform.
  • Stay on the bleeding edge of LLM technology - understanding the nuances of context size, RAG, fine-tuning, model selection, and AI agents - and bring forward recommendations weekly.
  • Prototype rapidly: Run tight loops of experimentation, iteration, and demoing with internal stakeholders and engineers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with a high-performing team of AI and software engineers, helping prioritize and execute early wins and long-term product opportunities.
  • User interviews: Source, coordinate, and conduct multiple user interviews weekly to uncover real customer needs and expectations around incorporating AI into the CRM experience.
  • Balance vision and execution: Translate high-level ideas into focused initiatives, user flows, and technical requirements - without over-indexing on documentation.
  • Champion value: Identify clear user problems and build compelling AI-powered solutions that drive meaningful value.
  • Collaborate with other product managers to integrate new AI capabilities developed by your team into broader areas of our product ecosystem including web, mobile, Outlook add-in, etc.

Who you are:

  • A generative AI generalist with deep knowledge of LLMs and surrounding ecosystems (RAG pipelines, MCP agents, model fine-tuning, vector databases, LangChain, OpenAI/Groq/Anthropic APIs, etc.).
  • A builder at heart - you bias toward fast prototypes and real-world testing rather than polished specs and long roadmaps.
  • A scrappy experimenter who thrives in uncertain environments and can pivot quickly as new technologies and insights emerge.
  • A strong communicator who can simplify technical concepts and rally stakeholders across product, engineering, and exec teams.
  • A self-directed learner who naturally stays up to date with the latest AI research, releases, tools, and emerging best practices.
  • Bonus: You've shipped AI-powered features, worked on applied ML/AI products in production, and/or are experienced in a financial services vertical (financial advising, insurance, etc.).

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years in product or technical roles, with at least 1+ focused on AI or LLM-related products.
  • BA/BS Degree
  • You have shipped an AI product
  • Experience with fintech or a financial services vertical (financial advising, life insurance, wealth management, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience exploring, evaluating, or implementing AI/LLM capabilities.
  • Strong technical intuition and ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
  • Experience in early-stage product development - especially in ambiguous, exploratory environments.
  • While you need not be an engineer, you understand the technical implications of the product decisions you make.
  • You communicate clearly and concisely, including with leadership, and can tailor your message to your audience

Why you should apply:

  • Competitive Salaries with RRSP matching program & Lifestyle Spend Account
  • Generous paid vacay and sick days
  • A powerful Laptop
  • Budget for courses, books, and personal development
  • ️ Peer to peer recognition and rewards
  • Team building events, happy hours and more
  • Flexible, remote & hybrid work
