Job Description:

Airswift is seeking a Land Analyst to work with one of our major clients in the Oil & Gas industry in Calgary, AB. This is a 6-months contract with high possibilities of extension, to work on a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize and manage Land Operating Systems, with a focus on LandWorks
• Run monthly rentals - process landowner payments and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with land agreements and provincial regulations (Alberta required, Saskatchewan a strong asset)
• Maintain vendor records and manage vendor changes with a focus on data integrity
• Draft, issue, and manage 3rd party agreements, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of land administration or land analyst experience in the oil & gas industry
• Proficiency in LandWorks or similar land systems
• Strong understanding of Alberta land practices; Saskatchewan knowledge is a bonus
• Exceptional organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
