JOB SUMMARY

The Account Coordinator's primary function is to achieve yearly sales quotas through the retention of existing accounts and growth and maintenance of new and existing client relationships. This position will report to the Service Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management

Service Knowledge

  • Possess knowledge of service offerings and value proposition (why us vs competition)
  • Technical knowledge (solution for every budget)
  • Have a full understanding of inspection reports and terminology and be able to reiterate to customers in a way they will understand
  • Understand an opportunity to upsell (reroof or other services)
  • Working with the Production department to promote and sell warranty inspections

Sales Process

  • Warm calls, texts, emails to existing customers to set up annual inspections
  • Follow up on open opportunities and open quotes
  • Keep track of inside sales pipeline
  • Coordinate inspection process & schedule inspectors
  • Report pipeline & sales reports weekly
  • Some cold calling & business development
  • Other duties as assigned

Business Development

  • Manage Dataforma and FCS for leads and follow-ups
  • Look for opportunities for reroof leads from inspection program, lunch and learn prospects, and new buildings for inspection
  • Existing Business: nurture client retention/management
  • Increase reviews through positive client relationships

Marketing

  • Brand Ambassador: assisting Service Manager with company marketing activities (sponsorship, golf tournaments, networking events, industry associations (BOMA, PPMA, etc)

GOALS

  • Work closely with Service Manager to develop reoccurring revenue programs and upselling opportunities and set yearly sales goals
