We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product and service pricing information, supporting the pricing strategy, and follow up on quotes to provide customized pricing solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure pricing is competitive and aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update pricing databases.
  • Examine and review all large quotes and tenders.
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies based on market research, cost analysis, and competitor benchmarks.
  • Provide timely and accurate price quotes and support pricing-related inquiries.
  • Monitor pricing trends and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare pricing reports to aid decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies and procedures, ISO knowledge is an asset.
  • Assist in the analysis of pricing impacts on profit margins and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Certificate or Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a pricing, finance, sales support role.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (French and English ), spoken and written. ( ) This qualification is required as you will be interacting with partners, vendors, internal/external clients and/or staff across Canada on a regular basis.
