The Retirement Living Consultant will be responsible for:

Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual occupancy targets and budgets

Reporting on and developing strategies to improve upon variances to budget

Using a relationship-based approach to selling

Leading all sales activities for the residence including community outreach, prospect advancements, activity tracking and reporting

Following all sales and marketing policy and procedures

Develop marketing plans and ongoing review of competitive analysis

Collaboration with Executive Director and other site leadership to customize and enhance the sales experience at your residence

Must haves:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience

3+ years experience in a business to customer sales environment

Proven achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets

Experience setting and following through marketing strategies in secondary markets

Strong leadership, change management and interpersonal skills
