We're on the hunt for a super recruiter here at Magna to source top talent, interview candidates, and drive recruitment projects forward. You'll be involved in the full process, from intake meeting to offer, and managing the client relationship until the role is successfully filled.

At this time, we're only considering candidates who:

  • Are highly proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Are comfortable presenting and defending candidates over the phone
  • Know how to manage client relationships effectively
  • Can work hard and fast to fill roles

We're looking for someone who's hungry, resourceful, and wired for results. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, run your own desk, drive revenue, and make real impact fast.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates like a pro
  • Own the backend of the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Boolean search techniques
  • Deliver an amazing candidate experience every time

Sales & Biz Dev:

  • Assist in prospecting and lead generation (emails, calls, LinkedIn)
  • Set up and prep discovery calls with hiring managers
  • Track KPIs, maintain CRM records, and ensure we're always one step ahead
  • Learn how to pitch, negotiate, and close-this is your launchpad

Account Management:

  • Help manage client communication and scheduling
  • Keep internal teams updated and aligned on priorities
  • Bring ideas, energy, and execution to daily team huddles

WHAT YOU BRING:

Exp in recruitment, sales, or coordination

Bachelor's degree OR real-world hustle and business smarts

Sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset

Solid tech skills-Excel, Google Suite, CRM tools, LinkedIn

Energy, urgency, and a get-it-done attitude

Strong communication-you write and speak like a pro

You take ownership, stay accountable, and want to grow fast

Base + Commission $3,500-$5,000/month draw

Performance Bonuses per filled role
