Our client, a leading organization in the recruitment sector, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist (English - French) to join their team. As a Bilingual Recruiting Specialist (Remote in New Brunswick)

Job Title: Bilingual Recruiting Specialist (English - French)

Location: Ontario (Remote work available within 90 minutes of Fredericton NB)

Pay Range: CAD $22/hr

What's the Job?

• Conduct high volume outbound calls to screen candidates.
• Send emails and texts to applicants in the onboarding process to prepare for their first day.
• Conduct follow-up calls and monitor text and email responses as needed to assist with follow-up questions and responses.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to candidates explaining the hiring process and expectations of the role.
• Complete the hiring process end-to-end in Workday and extend offers to candidates.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and French.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.
• Experience working with HR systems/tools (i.e., Workday) is considered an asset.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently.
