Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Route splicer/ Fiber technician to join their team. You will be part of the operations team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

This is a SHORT-TERM contract for 2 - 3 months

Job Title: Route splicer/ Fiber technician

Location: Carp, Ontario

Pay Range: $20-$23 / hour

Hours: Mon - Fri: 7:00am - 4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Assist in Fiber Optic Splicing tasks.
• Perform Fusion Splicing as required.
• Support the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

• Experience in Fiber Optics or related fields.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various conditions.
