_Purpose of this position:_

To ensure a high level of food quality, value, consistency and satisfaction to the guests, while maintaining/exceeding budgeted labour and staff.

Key Objective # 1 - Daily activities and responsibilities

Ø knows proper handling of food, equipment and utensils

Ø prepares food according to Chef's specification and recipes

Ø sets up daily mise-en-place

Ø cleans and maintains his/her working place, store, equipment and utensils

Ø participates in the meal service

Ø follows and enforces the hygiene and safety standard set by the Public Health Department and the food services department

Must have college level culinary diploma and five years of experience and two years of management
