Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Oakville, ON, for a Jr. / Intermediate Structural Designer. The Structural Designer will be responsible for creating construction drawings, working on structural engineering designs, preparing floor and truss engineering models, and utilizing computer-aided design (CAD, I-Struct) tools. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with civil engineers architects and interior designers, ensuring project specifications are met, and providing support in various phases of projects.

Qualifications

• Skills in construction drawings and structural Engineering
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD, I-Struct)
• Background in civil engineering, wood, and steel design
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in structural engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field

Salary Range $45,000-$50,000
