Sales:

• Cold-call hiring managers like a pro and book meetings
• Hunt leads through social selling, cold emails, LinkedIn & good old-fashioned hustle
• Video Prospecting on LinkedIn and social selling
• Smash revenue goals and never settle for average
• Lead killer discovery calls that turn prospects into clients

Recruitment:

• Source, vet, and qualify top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Own the recruitment process from first contact to placement
• Headhunt and network like it's your full-time job (because it is)
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience every single time

Account Management:

• Build & manage client relationships like a boss
• Grow accounts and land repeat business
• Keep clients happy (so they send you more work)

WHAT YOU BRING:

️ Proven sales or biz dev experience-you live for the thrill of the deal

️ Degree in Business (or related field)-or just straight-up business savvy

️ Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms

️ B2B sales or consulting experience-you know how to sell

️ A fast-paced mindset-you adapt, pivot, and always stay ahead

️ Excel skills & strong admin game-because details matter

️ A high level of professionalism & entrepreneurial drive-this is your business

️ Ownership, urgency & self-accountability-you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
