Your New Role

As the Property Manager, you will oversee the daily management of a commercial real estate portfolio. Your responsibilities will include tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, property inspections, contractor management, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard.

You will be the main point of contact for tenants and owners, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.

This Role Would Suit Someone Who Is Self-Motivated, Detail-Oriented, and Committed to Providing Outstanding Property Management Services.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid Real Estate License in Alberta (required).
• Previous experience in commercial property management.
• Strong skills in tenant relations, lease negotiation, and budget management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
