Corporate Personal Chauffeur/Driver

Job overview

The Driver will be responsible to transport Executive/Immediate family to specified locations and ensure that the vehicle remains in excellent condition. You should also aid clients with the loading and unloading of their personal belongings and ensure that every trip remains safe and enjoyable. Verify that the vehicle remains furnished with items that might be of use to clients as you will work both on a one-to-one basis with various family members as well as the family as a group, on a variety of tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with Executive to determine when and where you will collect the individual.
  • Performing personal errands as directed by the Executive, and family members that may be required
  • Ensuring that the Executive's door is open as you greet them in a professional, sincere manner.
  • Ability to interact/engage with Executive in a warm, professional manner.
  • Assisting Executive with the loading and unloading of their possessions, as required.
  • Select the fastest routes based on GPS software and traffic updates, unless otherwise instructed.
  • Completing collections and deliveries on behalf of the Executive, if requested.
  • Ensuring that the vehicle remains pristine and in excellent working order.
  • Always complying with road regulations.
  • Ensuring that the Executive's identity and conversations remain confidential.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work during evenings, on weekends, and public holidays, as required.
  • Any other duties as assigned by your manager.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Educational Level:

Preferred High School / Secondary diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

3 years of work experience as a personal Driver for an affluent business or family-run organization.

Skills:

Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be a party to confidential information.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Time management skills

Punctual and dependable.

Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Immaculately presented and professional.

Thorough understanding of road regulations and familiarity with GTA.

Physical Abilities:

Ability to sit/drive for extended periods.

Ability to lift heavy objects from time to time (i.e., storage boxes, Luggage, Office Supplies)

Other Qualifications

A valid Ontario G driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
