Figma Design:
• Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces using Figma.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure designs adhere to usability and accessibility best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure
feasibility and alignment with product goals.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
UX Strategy (in collaboration with the Product Manager):
• Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop a UX strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and experience maps.
• Define and monitor KPIs for UX success.
Advocacy and Best Practices:
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for best UX practices across
the team.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in UX through regular feedback and
collaboration.
• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights
with the team.
Required Experience and Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and strategy.
• Strong portfolio showcasing Figma expertise and successful UX/UI projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed design execution.
• Strong ownership mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
(the role doesn't imply any front-end development).
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
