We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.

Duration: 6 months (extendable)

Job Type: Hybrid ( 3 days onsite in a week)

Responsibilities:

• Lead sessions with business teams to gather and finalize requirements.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and source-to-target mappings (STM).
• Ensure data solutions meet business needs and align with project goals.
• Perform data analysis, profiling, and metadata collection.
• Manage stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
• Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
• Deliver clear and concise data documentation within project deadlines.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience as a Data Analyst in Wealth Management (Retail, Retirement, Institutional, or General Accounts).
• 2-3 years' hands-on experience with GenAI.
• Working experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Strong SQL skills, able to write complex queries for analysis and validation.
• Experience with Master Data Management, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, and Big Data analytics projects.
• Hands-on experience with data lakes and data warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of major financial platforms (e.g., Bloomberg Polar Lake, SimCorp Dimension, Findur, Apex, Eagle, Charles River, Sylvan, Calypso).
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Practical experience in data modeling, data loading, profiling, and validation using SQL.
• Proven ability to integrate new data sources into large-scale data systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure cloud platform.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Connect.
