Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Consultant - HR Regulatory Compliance to support Project Tempo. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced regulatory team, providing extensive research and documentation on employment law requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and document employment law requirements across various jurisdictions
  • Recommend regulatory controls to mitigate risk
  • Analyze and organize large volumes of complex information
  • Prepare clear and concise documentation for internal use
  • Manage workload effectively and pivot quickly to changing priorities

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in employment law
  • 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk
  • Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Excellent documentation and writing skills
  • Strong time management and self-management abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage and convey large volumes of information clearly

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents in Spanish
  • Experience working within HR functions
  • Experience in large organizations
