Our established client, a regulatory body in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a Registration Administrator to join their team. This is an 11 week contract opportunity with the chance to extend or turn into a permanent position. The role will require one day a week in-office Downtown Toronto. Roles and Responsibilities
-Answer applicant inquiries
-Review applicant documentation and make note of any issues
-Maintain and update the internal database
-Project support
-Scheduling and calendar management
-Meeting coordination
-Other related administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
-Must have a University Degree completed
-Must have experience working in a regulatory body
-Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
-Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
-Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be proficient in MS Office
-Must have strong problem-solving skills
-Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
-Must have experience using Sharepoint and Adobe
