• Advise clients on litigation risks, legal strategies, and case outcomes.
• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and manage client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Stay up-to-date on developments in relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and preparing for trial.
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Admission to the state bar.
