Digital Marketing - Level 4

  • Performs quantitative assessment and optimization of website experience and content through Google Analytics, multivariate testing, A/B testing, and user testing.

  • Assesses the appropriate automation tools to evaluate the impact of digital marketing initiatives on the organization's performance.
  • Leads all aspects of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, affiliate, display retargeting and acquisition, email marketing and content marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth initiatives of all sizes-supporting the Executive Director on vision, strategy, project management and executive presentations, while independently leading key projects that fuel agency growth, showcasing project leadership.
  • Support Executive Director in leading pitch responses and key projects & internal timelines and manage stakeholders in terms of pitch scope, deadlines, resource usage.
  • Work with finance, agency leads and Executive Director on fee structures/ organisational/operation model requirements for pitches.
  • Learn how to be the 'internal client voice' to ensure business appropriate lens & quality control are placed across responses.
  • Ensure Executive Director and CMO are kept up to date on latest pitch advancements & key workstreams.
  • Partner with the agency leads to deliver on KPIs for prospective clients & across key workstreams.
  • Champions creativity by leading award strategies, managing high-impact campaign entries, and driving internal programs that spotlight and elevate the agency's creative excellence.
  • Collaborates with agency and product leaders to drive both short- and long-term marketing objectives, aligning brand and business goals.
  • Co-leads the national marketing calendar with the counterpart Director, identifying opportunities to streamline efforts and amplify impact across all markets.
  • Leads the full cycle of marketing initiatives, from strategy to execution, ensuring campaigns, events, sponsorships, PR, employer brand and case studies are aligned to attract and engage ideal clients.
  • Oversees and elevates all public-facing communications-from earned media and speaking engagements to organic channels like social media, websites, and marketing content.
  • Builds strong, collaborative relationships across OMG to unlock shared value and accelerate progress.
  • Defines and tracks key marketing KPIs, using performance data to optimize investments and clearly demonstrate value.
  • Leads its team operations by managing workloads, guiding professional growth, and driving innovation through new marketing practices and continuous performance development.
  • Maintains close alignment with North American and Global Brand teams, leveraging shared tools and insights to stay ahead of emerging trends and capabilities.

Experiences

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing and business leadership, demonstrating success in delivering impactful solutions.
  • Experience partnering with executives to drive key projects and develop short- and long-range B2B marketing plans, including defining vision and success metrics.
  • Strong background in service organization management, with the ability to lead and execute multiple key projects simultaneously.
  • Ideally, experience working at or with an advertising (preferably media) agency, bringing valuable industry insight and expertise to the role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and empower teams, fostering collaboration and achieving outstanding results. Demonstrated success in setting clear goals, providing support, and creating an inclusive environment where team members thrive and deliver high-impact work.
