We are seeking a Project Manager / Account Manager with an organized, solutions-focused mindset and meticulous attention to detail, able to balance strategic planning, team collaboration, and exceptional customer service.

This role involves coordinating internal and client-facing projects, acting as a trusted liaison between clients and technical teams, and ensuring delivery is seamless and proactive at every stage. You will manage day-to-day activities, build relationships, prepare executive-level updates, and drive continuous improvements that support client success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Account Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are represented and addressed at every stage.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, maintaining strong communication and identifying new opportunities for value-added services.
  • Schedule meetings, publish agendas and notes, and track action items to drive client engagement and accountability.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-ready update decks, summarizing project status, risks, and next steps clearly and professionally.
  • Exploring opportunities for account growth and win-win outcomes

Project Management & Delivery

  • Coordinate project teams and resources, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and dependency maps to ensure all initiatives stay on track.
  • Track project progress, remove roadblocks, and re-plan quickly when priorities shift, maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Monitor cross-project dependencies to avoid conflicts and optimize resource utilization.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain an organized file structure across shared systems and ensure project documentation is up to date.
  • Leverage productivity and collaboration technologies, including AI-powered note-taking tools, to streamline operations.
  • Contribute to reporting and dashboard updates using tools like Jira, MS 365, and related platforms.
  • Provide first-rate customer service by responding promptly, setting clear expectations, and following through reliably.

Sales & Business Development Support

  • Support account growth through client engagement, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Assist in pre-sales and post sale activities.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Present project updates to both technical and executive audiences, tailoring messaging appropriately.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and business teams, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared success.
  • Bring a growth mindset to the role by proposing ideas, sharing knowledge, and learning continuously.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional English communication skills - able to convey complex ideas clearly, confidently, and appropriately across written, visual, and spoken formats.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and diverse stakeholder needs without compromising quality or delivery.
  • Strong organizational skills: highly punctual, detail-oriented, and capable of creating clarity and structure from ambiguity.
  • Comfortable presenting to both executives and technical teams, tailoring content to suit each audience effectively.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as an advocate for client needs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Well-versed in productivity and collaboration tools, including Jira, MS 365, and AI-powered note-taking and workflow applications.
  • Adept at maintaining organized, navigable file structures and ensuring shared systems remain orderly and easy to use.
  • Adaptive and composed when priorities shift, able to re-plan quickly while keeping the team focused on delivery goals.
  • Demonstrated experience running projects and managing client accounts, with a track record of supporting business development and sales activities.
  • Background or strong interest in IT, cybersecurity, or technology solutions is a significant asset.
