Responsibilities
- Operate digital laboratory instruments.
- Fragrances compounding and testing.
- Process and interpret analytical data and integrate findings into lab management systems.
- Train and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance product performance.
- Perform data entry and generate reports in system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Computer Science, or related STEM fields.
- Experience with digital lab instrumentation, data analytics tools, or AI/ML frameworks preferred.
- Prior exposure to fragrance/flavor testing or related applied chemistry fields is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude for digitally integrated workflows.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional problem-solving.
- Canadian or Permanant Resident preferred.
