Responsibilities

• Operate digital laboratory instruments.
• Fragrances compounding and testing.
• Process and interpret analytical data and integrate findings into lab management systems.
• Train and refine Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance product performance.
• Perform data entry and generate reports in system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Computer Science, or related STEM fields.
• Experience with digital lab instrumentation, data analytics tools, or AI/ML frameworks preferred.
• Prior exposure to fragrance/flavor testing or related applied chemistry fields is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong technical aptitude for digitally integrated workflows.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-functional problem-solving.
• Canadian or Permanant Resident preferred.
