HLS Canada is currently searching for a passionate, dedicated and driven Specialty Sales Representative. This field-based customer facing position will be responsible to accelerate and deliver territory business performance through effective business planning, execution excellence with a strong focus on cross functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Promote CV product(s) and services to healthcare professionals such as specialists (cardiologists, internists, endocrinologists), primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners and pharmacists through impactful interactions
- Develop and implement territory Business Plans by leveraging Brand Strategy and tools to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Proactively monitors territory sales execution aligned with KPI and adjust business plan accordingly (sales, call plan, productivity measures)
- Navigate effectively and adapt to the provincial reimbursement environment dynamics by leveraging patient access programs based on the payer mix profile
- Exhibit high level of accountability, winning attitude, innovation and growth mindset to achieve and surpass team goals.
- Represent HLS as an innovative and ethical oriented company whose products and services respond accurately to the needs of patients and of the medical community
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Science or Business
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/health care industry with at least 2 years with specialty sales (CV experience preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and customer focused supported by a strong track record
- Proven abilities in business acumen, analytical skills and budget management
- Agile and innovative thinker that challenges status quo to identify, assesses, and implements new initiatives.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and solution driven.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management Database and Dashboards.
