Job Title :-Conservation Account Manager (HVAC) (Part-Time Role)

Location:- MUST be located in Ottawa,ON.

Duration:- 3+ Months Contract (With Possibility of extension)

In this role, you will

  • Support the Program Manager (PM) with the planning, development, and execution of strategic program features and initiatives
  • Perform data analysis on a variety of program data sets to extract key insights that support data driven decision-making and program management
  • Work closely with the Account Managers on the file in order to build and maintain good working relationships with the day-to-day contacts
  • Provide dedicated program assistance to our participants by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and taking on sales reporting
  • Conducting ride-along to support in-field discussions/market intelligence gathering with program participants, contractors and other trade allies (all within Ottawa).
  • On occasion, attend in-person events such as trade shows and contractor trainings (in Ottawa).
  • Support with the design and development of program materials (templates, operating procedures, tools, etc.)
  • Continuously improve your knowledge and insights on HVAC Equipment sectors

We're excited about you because you have

  • A post-secondary education in a relevant field: Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science
  • CEM, CET, CMVP or other energy related certifications (preferred, but not a must)
  • 1-3+ years of relevant experience; energy efficiency, HVAC or similar fields preferred
  • Strong HVAC knowledge with the ability to explain the programs in their complexity
  • Strong business development, account management experience (this includes building pipelines), and customer relations skills
  • Experience within industrial or engineering services companies, with a focus on growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influence, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and a G class license with reliable transportation.
