What You Will Be Doing

• Working with clients to receive and process orders
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, coordinating meetings, and handling customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain documentation of sales processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Coordinate shipments and prepare outbound packages, maintain inventory and purchase order records.
• Provide backup support in the warehouse as needed

What You Bring To The Table

• 1+ years of sales support or operations experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift 25 kg and learn forklift operations
