Insight Global is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join a tight-knit management group within a heavy machinery auctioneering organization. The successful candidate will manage a team of 16 sales representatives, including one team lead, and will be responsible for driving results through accountability, activity, and coaching. This role requires a strong background in sales management, with a focus on high-volume lead environments.
Requirements:
-2+ years in a Sales Manager position
-Proven background in sales with a growth path
-Experience in high-volume lead environments
-Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Suite (Excel)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct biweekly one-on-one meetings with sales reps
- Weekly call shadowing and coaching
-Lead daily morning huddles to review results, set direction, and discuss monthly and quarterly strategies
-Develop and implement training materials and onboarding processes for new hires
-Drive results through accountability and coaching to improve quality
-Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution

-Achieve sales targets and goals within the first 30, 60, and 90 days
