WealthCo partners exclusively with Veres Career Consulting to recruit a Senior Wealth Advisor for its Calgary-based private client team.
This is a high-impact role for a seasoned advisor who excels in relationship management, business development, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of client engagement, serving as a trusted partner in helping clients navigate portfolio strategy, market developments, and long-term financial goals. You'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to sales growth, and help shape the firm's evolving advisory model.
Your Impact
- Serve as a key relationship manager for high-net-worth clients
- Develop personalized wealth strategies aligned with evolving needs and market trends
- Lead client meetings, present portfolio recommendations, and communicate performance updates
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and cross-sell additional services
- Actively contribute to brand-building and business development efforts
- Support team learning, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
- Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are consistently met
- Contribute to firm-wide culture, service delivery, and growth strategy
What You Bring
- 8-10 years of experience in wealth management, with proven success in sales and client advisory
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- CFA Level I or CIM designation required
- CFP or PFP designation; CPA is an asset
- Eligible to register as an AAR with the Alberta Securities Commission
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- A client-first mindset with the ability to develop long-term, trust-based relationships
- Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through
