WealthCo partners exclusively with Veres Career Consulting to recruit a Senior Wealth Advisor for its Calgary-based private client team.

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned advisor who excels in relationship management, business development, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

As a Senior Wealth Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of client engagement, serving as a trusted partner in helping clients navigate portfolio strategy, market developments, and long-term financial goals. You'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, contribute to sales growth, and help shape the firm's evolving advisory model.

Your Impact

• Serve as a key relationship manager for high-net-worth clients
• Develop personalized wealth strategies aligned with evolving needs and market trends
• Lead client meetings, present portfolio recommendations, and communicate performance updates
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and cross-sell additional services
• Actively contribute to brand-building and business development efforts
• Support team learning, knowledge sharing, and mentorship
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are consistently met
• Contribute to firm-wide culture, service delivery, and growth strategy

What You Bring

• 8-10 years of experience in wealth management, with proven success in sales and client advisory
• University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• CFA Level I or CIM designation required
• CFP or PFP designation; CPA is an asset
• Eligible to register as an AAR with the Alberta Securities Commission
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
• A client-first mindset with the ability to develop long-term, trust-based relationships
• Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through
