Inside Sales Representative - Vape Industry
Our client, a leader in the Canadian vape industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive sales and manage customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining customer relations and meeting monthly revenue targets. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain good relationships with existing accounts and reaching out to new customers
- Provide top-notch account management and customer service to maximize customer satisfaction
- Explore upselling opportunities with existing customers
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue and call-minute targets
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve company goals
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in sales, retail or other closely related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong ability for multitasking and time management
- Proficiency in CRM management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory

Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time position, with health insurance
- 55K base salary, plus monthly commission based on sales performance
