Role Description

This is a contract role for a Commission Sales Associate, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential clients, explaining the benefits of our services, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include networking, attending client meetings, and maintaining a database of client interactions. The role involves developing client relationships and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or a related field
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of financial planning, tax filing, and business accounting concepts is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
