Picovoice is a profitable and growing AI startup building next-gen on-device voice AI technologies. We push the boundaries of what's possible in speech recognition, speech synthesis, speaker recognition, and language modeling on the edge devices.

We are seeking an associate to work closely with the CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants a front-row seat in scaling an AI company. If you're a generalist with elite execution and communication skills, this is for you.

Responsibilities

• Tackle strategic and operational challenges across logistics, finance, hiring, and business
• Act as a force multiplier for the CEO - anticipate problems, drive execution, and make decisions
• Communicate clearly and credibly with stakeholders

Required Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Ability to think critically and work independently
• Bias for action and comfort with vague, open-ended problems
• Willingness to wear many hats across business operations, strategy, and product

Preferred Skills

• Experience in early-stage startups, founders' offices, or management consulting
• Understanding of the AI startup ecosystem
• Degree in business, engineering, or computer science

The salary range for the role is $40,000 - $80,000 per year.
